Wikipedia Android app not refreshing newly edited article

Description

After editing an article with the Wikipedia Android app, I am finding that the App will not displaying the "revised" version of the article. The App continues to display the previous version of the article. I have disabled "Prefer Offline Content", cleared app cache/data, but the updated article will not display until a couple of days later. There seems to be no option in the App to purge/refresh the article. Someone on the WP Village Pump Technical Request noticeboard suggested this may be a problem with the the web-request caching of the Android App and suggested I file a bug report here.

Hello! Can you provide the name of the article that is having this issue?

In this particular case, it was the Gerald Savory article, but it's happened before with other articles. The newly-edited version of the article displays correctly on my laptop immediately, but the WP Android App on my mobile device continues to display the old version until about 2 days later.
