The Publish settings dialog has an option

Personal draft
Under your user namespace for you to improve

This doesn’t warn the user that this option makes the translation visible for everyone. The subtitle should explicitly mention that even this option makes the translation publicly visible. (Task created based on user feedback: the translator was surprised when saw the translation on the internet.)
