The access.log and error.log for this tool have not changed since mid-March which lines up with the shutdown of the Trusty job grid. There does not seem to be any public version control or license associated with the tool. This could make adoption more difficult.
As it appears this tool has been offline for more than 90 days before this ticket was filed, it seems unlikely to me that this is a tool so critical to the Wikimedia movement that the Cloud Services team should step in to bring it back online.
Hello. Indeed the tool died when Labs made some annoying switch of the server or whatever. I asked SPQRobin to resurrect the tool, but he doesn't have the time. Myself I have no idea how to do this. I'd be glad to add someone knowledgable as a maintainer, if I can do that.
Tried it several times now today.

I've successfully restarted the web service for the tool. It's running on the legacy PHP 5.6 with k8s backend. Some tools do not display though. I guess they need fixes/rewrites for which I'm not qualified enough; but at least some tools are back up again.
