Description

Shubha Ji having problem with 2FA. Please disable the 2FA for User:Shubha. She has sa.wikipedia.org as Home wiki.

She contacted Indic-TechCom's two members me and @Titodutta. We talked with Shubha Ji individual over the phone call. I met to Shubha Ji last year at IWCC2018. So hereby I can confirm that this request is genuine.

And also she is agreed to email Trust-and-Safety's member if they need additional verification from the attached email of wiki account.

Could Shubha please send an email (to ca at wikimedia dot org) from the registered email address of her wiki account, in order to confirm? Please also include the URL of this ticket in that email.

Probably someone from Trust-and-Safety, not sure who exactly (https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Server_Admin_Log doesn't say anything).

Shubha Ji told me that Samual helped her from ca@wikimedia.org, we should give Samual the proper attribution If possible.
