Steps to reproduce

Log in to the app
Uninstall the app
Reinstall the app
Ensure the app automatically logs you in
Observe the explore feed

Expected results

Card that displays "Log in to sync your saved articles" isn't displayed since the user is logged in
No informational cards are displayed until the second launch of the app and explore feed refresh after install

Actual results

Card that displays "Log in to sync your saved articles" is displayed
Other informational cards are displayed on initial launch

@Tsevener I am trying this on 6.3.1 (1647) and I am still seeing the login/sync card after swiping through the onboarding screen. If I then go to settings it appears that I am logged in. Perhaps this build does not have the change yet?

@ABorbaWMF From what I see, cards are gone after deleting the app and reinstalling 6.3.1. But there's a window where you do still see the cards if you do not delete the app and install 6.3.1 on top of 6.3.0. When the explore feed refreshes (either pull to refresh or you background and foreground after some amount of time...I think 1 day later?) those cards disappear.

Let me know if that's what you see. Hopefully we can live with that window of time before the explore feed refreshes where we still see the cards. (tagging @JMinor)

After a uninstall/reinstall on 6.3.1 it appears to be working fine. I'll let @JMinor review the 6.3.0 to 6.3.1 stuff
