Steps:

1. On tablet, begin adding/translating/editing image captions
2. Tap the bottom sheet to reveal the image popup

Expected:
The popup appears and occupies 50-60% of the viewable area (as with phone devices)

Actual:
The popup appears in the lower area of the screen (see below).
