Include info about the event grant program

@Alicia_Fagerving_WMSE I found a few things things that I need some help with (I'm confident I will break templates)

• https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/FindingGLAMs/Information_for_GLAM_Partners The title of this page in the menu is weird, maybe call it 'For GLAMS'
• The formatting of the text on the menu bar is weird for some tabs (the text is on the side of the icon)
• Maybe move 'Timeplan' to next to 'Documentation'? It doesn't seem important enough to have second
• Its confusing to get from these sub pages to the main page, maybe add the header? https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/FindingGLAMs/GLAM_datasets/Asia

Turns out it wasn't marked for translation correctly. Fixed it in https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:FindingGLAMs/tabs/Content

I think the text is under the icon if you're currently on this tab, and next to the icon otherwise (which kind of makes sense). Or do you mean something else?
