Now that we have browsers tests for mobile in Wikibase we need to load MobileFrontend (and MinervaNeue) so that these tests can be run in CI.
There is a light concern is that adding this will increase the test run time too much.

There is a light concern is that adding this will increase the test run time too much.
I don't think it'll be a major problem, Wikibase is already slow enough. The inverse (MF depending upon Wikibase) wouldn't be acceptable though.
