Seems like a good thing to fix; Growth-Team does not have time to work on it in the short-to-medium term.

It would be nice if timeless (or even all skins for the matter) could provide a class that can be applied for sticky content (like table headers) which would automatically get offset for any obscuring parts of the skin itself.
