Content translation stats provide information about the translations aggregated for all wikis, and for one specific wiki. For example, English stats shows the global stats and those for English Wikipedia.
The current approach makes it hard to identify unusual activity about the creation or deletion of translations. For example, the general stats can show an increase of translations in a particular week but it is hard to identify which wikis were causing it (without going one by one over 300 wikis).
To better support these scenarios, it would be useful to have a representation showing languages for which their weekly/monthly activity (translations published, deleted, or published needing review) had a significant increase/decrease (10%? 20%?).
We need to determine the specifics to find the best signal-to-noise ratio and how to better represent it (query, report, graph, etc.).
