Steps to replicate:

1. Open https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:RYasmeen_(WMF)/sandbox#/editor/7
2. Re-use a reference under this section.
3. Save the edit
4. On read mode, observe that the newly added reference is being showed as "Cite error" in the reflist, also if you tap on the reference note, it shows as cite error on the overlay as well.

Note that, this is not a regression from recent changes, it already exists in production.
