This task involves the work with understanding how the revert rate of edits made using mobile VE have changed over the past year.

Context

This information will be helpful in understanding how the changes we made to mobile VE over the past year impacted edit quality.

This information will be communicated in the Editing Team's portion of the product department's 23 July "Year in Review" meeting.

The revert rate (proportion of edits that are fully reverted within 48 hours) of mobile visual edits is high, but declined 17% between June 2018 and June 2019. As a comparison, the revert rate of mobile wikitext edits did not decline over the same period.
