One other thing I noticed, in the context of looking up gifts of $10k on donate wiki, is that we suggest PTF to the donors giving $10,000, meaning if they select PTF, they'll get an error on Payments for trying to process a donation of more than $10k. Could we change the PTF rules so that donors giving > $9615 don't get the PTF option?
This is very much an edge case, but might be worth fixing in banners and donatewiki
I've kind of done this on donatewiki, as we have a new major gifts amount set with 12000 USD as the max ask. So we obviously don't want to ask for "pay the fee" if they click that.
Now we don't slide down the PTF option if the selected amount + fee would take them over the max amount. However we don't hide PTF if it's already been shown for selecting a different amount, as that seems like it could be confusing.
