citoid error message wrongly displayed

Description

When attempting to enter a DOI into citoid, I got an error message that this didn't work. This message should probably refer to the Dutch word that describes the tab, but it seems to instead refer to the technical name/id of that tab.

The technical name of the tab was been changed in T219512, so I think the message just needs to be re-translated to use the new name (citoid-citoiddialog-mode-manual) on https://translatewiki.net/

For debugging, it would be really helpful if you could give message ids in copy-paste format.

It looks like that the message definition is out of date, or it has been updated but not synced to translatewiki.net.
