Closed, ResolvedPublic

The sizing guide link under description is broken, it doesn't link to a pdf file as other shirt sizing guides do.

Pretty sure this has nothing to do with our old Wikimedia-Bugzilla. Removing said tag and added Wikimedia-Shop.

Aklapper renamed this task from Broken sizing guide link in wikimedia store item to "Sizing guide" link in wikimedia store item is broken (404).Jul 22 2019, 4:35 PM

It looks like is the store manager nowadays. I'm going to drop an email.
I don't know if Sandra has a Wikimedia Phabricator account or if anyone else follows tasks under the project tag Wikimedia-Shop in Wikimedia Phabricator nowadays.

At the bottom of I see some "Contact" links. If that is the preferred way to receive feedback about the Shop, then we/I should probably close the Phabricator project tag called Wikimedia-Shop to not create wrong expectations and to decrease fragmentation.

Hi all,

Sandra is not in Phabricator, but she pointed me to this task and offered her input:

If I can help with any followup questions, please let me know. Cheers!

If merchandise@ is the preferred method and there's no one following Wikimedia-Shop tasks then I agree with archiving the project and referencing the preferred contact method in the project description. However, what do we do with open tasks?

FWIW the link does now work so the scope for this task is resolved.

Closing the Wikimedia-Shop project in Wikimedia Phabricator, as Wikimedia Phabricator is not used to track Shop /Store issues. The preferred feedback method for Shop / Store issues nowadays is contacting according to the shop managers. If the issue reported in this task is still a problem nowadays, please see the Contact section on . Thanks for your understanding and sorry that the issue reported in this task has not received earlier feedback / action.

@Aklapper Given that this task got resolved, can we tag it as such instead of declined? (I understand this is a boilerplate message you're using to close all Wikimedia-Shop tasks following its project archival).

Aklapper changed the task status from Declined to Resolved.Jul 24 2019, 7:17 PM
