Motivation
Right now, the[[ https://grafana.wikimedia.org/d/000000553/mediawiki-fileimporter?orgId=1 | grafana board ]] shows less page views than successful file moves, but theoretically this should not be possible

Acceptance Criteria

Verify the numbers are correct, and fix if necessary
