Set up a routine page on the wiki. Ensure it contains information about:
- How to create and send out a new newsletter
- How to add new members to the list
- How to, after a request, add a non-member to the list (first hand choice is pointing them to the signup page)
- How/when to delete members from the list
- How to respond to a request to be deleted from the list
Additionally include any info needed for the few non-newsletter campaigns that we run on Mailchimp. Also, add the information that was put together before the news letter started up again in 2019 on a subpage to the news letter page.
