We have this: On file pages for images on other wikis that also have WikibaseMediaInfo enabled, e.g. https://test-commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Nubian_flute_player.jpg, no structured data is displayed.

We want this: The structured data is fetched from the remote wiki and rendered on the file page

Acceptance Criteria:

• Images from other wikis with MediaInfo installed have their structured data displayed on client wikis' file pages.

During development, please test the following:

• Test this feature while logged in AND logged out
• Test this feature on at least one mobile browser
• Test that this feature works on the file page AND the Add Data step on UploadWizard (if applicable, some features only exist on one or the other)
