Sidebar display is abnormal in Chinese Wikivoyage

Description

I using browser is Yandex and Google Chrome, I find the sidebar display is abnormal in Chinese Wikivoyage....

Normal should like below-

but now display is abnormal-

2019-07-30_22-22-07.png (547×154 px, 5 KB)

I try fix to MediaWiki:Gadgets-definition, but can not normal display, I also observed recent change, but did not see someone change MediaWiki: Sidebar... so, Who can fix it?
