Move to /page/media-list/ instead of /page/media/
More stable and better for caching issues mentioned here T225443
Our current media endpoint will no longer be supported, so we need to move to the other endpoint that will be supported.

Expected
Not to use the /page/media/ endpoint anymore.

For QA: this should not introduce any differences in behavior. Casual usage and/or regression test of the Gallery should be sufficient.

Looks good to me on 2.7.50287-alpha-2019-08-13 and a few of the previous builds
