Description

Follow up ticket from T216032. The missing spec when implementing is:

  • The "Start translating" action will lead the user to the Content Translation dashboard with the search box ready to start a new translation.
    • Additionally, the "Start translating" action should also activate the future invite to the "Contributions" page (which is covered in a separate ticket: T216498).

is the searchbox meant to be empty or with the name of the article it was being created?

right now the link has the target title and to but this parameters are not being used:
http://localhost/index.php?title=Special:ContentTranslation&campaign=newarticle&targettitle=Traduzir&to=en#suggestions

Name of article being created should be target article's name. Search box should remain empty for user to find source they want to translate (after T216500, we should offer some source article).
Target title which is taken from article being created is only applied when you start a translation.
