Undeletion error: File is in an inconsistent state within the internal storage backends

Description

I am getting an error whenever I try to undelete a specific file. I was trying to do a history split and both partial and total undeletion is causing the following error:

Error undeleting file: The file "mwstore://local-multiwrite/local-public/archive/6/65/20180919204404!Parliament_of_Turkey_2018_Current_seat_position_(right-left_spectrum).svg" is in an inconsistent state within the internal storage backends

@Aklapper: Do we know if anyone is taking a look at this or if there is even a rough ETA? Otherwise I can just grab the deleted version and reupload it for the time being so that the projects can have their image back.

No ETA and I don't think someone is investigating currently, sorry :-/ Feel free to reupload, I'd say (if you have not already done yet).
