The cassandra-table-properties project targets Stretch and is supposed to output a .deb package. The build would require a Jenkins Stretch instance since one dependency is not available for Jessie.
By looking at build logs, the build process seems to execute on Jessie only. Are there Stretch instances? Is there a way to force the build on a Stretch instance?
This may be a moot point if the production package is not build by the CI.

Note that most (all?) Jenkins jobs don't execute on the Jenkins agents directly. Rather, they run inside a container, and most containers inherit from wikimedia-stretch:latest (via ci-stretch).
