Description

Currently the setting description is:
We are actively developing new features for advanced editors. By turning this mode on you will automatically get new features as they are released. Any feedback or collaboration would be appreciated.

Once we are wrapping up development (in late September?) we should change it to something like:
Advanced mode provides easy access to talk pages, history pages, user tools, and other editing tools

...needs a bit of word-smithing, but I think that's the gist
