Description

The background pattern of the WMSE presentation template is a bit to bright, making it hard to read the text on top. Similarly on the white slides with a grey pattern that pattern is a bit too dark.

(Compare with the WMF slides which have been updated to have a slightly more watered out pattern.)

We should update the master to deal with this.

Great to know it's not just me who had problems reading those!!

While we're at it – I realized I always change the default color of links. This kind of bright greenish/blueish color looks very blurry on white background. Our blue #0063BF would work better.

We changed it for the poster template only to spot it later in the slide template.
