The convention is to just use English namespace, So yes Portal and Portal_talk would be good.

There were a few conflicts when runnign namespaceDupes.php, I've moved them to start with FIXME now. See https://zh.wikisource.org/wiki/Special:%E5%89%8D%E7%BC%80%E7%B4%A2%E5%BC%95?prefix=FIXME&namespace=104 for the list!
