Patch for the issue

The small buttons that links to the enlarged versions of the images has the tag alt empty.

This cause an accessibility issue.

The patch is attached.

I don't understand the reason to remove it.

The reason is outlined in bug 371 and r18502.

The rationale behind it is that if a user can't view images, providing a link to enlarge the image is useless at best. WONTFIXing per bug 371.
