Hello, I am a sysop at Santali Wikipedia (sat.wikipedia.org). Santali Wikipedia celebrated the first anniversary on 2nd August 2019 but still, no mailing list exists for the Santali Wikipedia. Therefore, I am requesting to set up a mailing list for the Santali Wikipedia.
