Description

To reproduce:

Open a banner
Select amount $5. Select payment method and Continue
Banner suggests a monthly donation amount ($2.75)
Go back to step 1, change donation amount to $50 and Continue
Suggested monthly donation amount is still $2.75, should have changed to $9

See the TODO at start of frb.updateUpsellAsk. Not sure if there's an easy fix for this, or it needs a larger rework of the monthly suggestion code.
