@WDoranWMF: Is this about Gerrit and MediaWiki Core, or what's the scope? If so, I think that would be MediaWiki-Gerrit-Group-Requests instead of LDAP.

i think wmf ldap grants this from memory.

wmf LDAP does in fact give transitive access to the mediawiki Gerrit group, but it also gives access to many other things: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/LDAP/Groups#wmf_group

@WDoranWMF do you need access to other resources (Logstash/Kibana, Turnilo, etc) as well? Or just mediawiki gerrit +2? If only the latter I'd rather handle it with membership in the gerrit group directly.
