Description

If you try to zoom on tools.wmflabs.org, the zoom can get stuck so you are left unable to use the site.

Browser info
Chrome for iOS 76.0.3809.81
On iPhone 8 (MQ6H2B/A) running iOS 12.3.1

And who said action can't be taken to mitigate this.

If it is a browser bug and confirmed as such then maybe someone could help gather full information to Upstream it
