What about just creating a tag for votewiki in general, that would apply to fawiki elections as well as enwiki arbcom elections, and any other tasks related to configuring votewiki?

Elections already exists. Is that sufficient?

@DannyS712 the Elections tag, which Aklapper pointed out, would serve that purpose.

@Aklapper I think Elections is a bit general (it includes tasks that have to do with the elections themselves, as well as those that have to do with SecurePoll and other things). That said, if you feel like having yet another tag is too much, I'm okay with just using Elections for all elections. I'll add it to these two tasks for now.
