Description

Toolforge has node.js v10 available now. That should make the build process a bit faster and remove the need to upgrade npm on startup.

I went ahead and merged this, giving @dom_walden an opportunity to QA (if you want it). :)

I have been able to run this locally with docker. I guess that means it is ok.

I would say so! :)
