The Gerrit owners for the group [mediawiki-services-recommendation-api](https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/admin/groups/1335,members) seem to be [NSchaaf](https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:NSchaaf_(WMF)) and there are zero "Included Groups", like [research](https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/admin/groups/uuid-93d9ca70758171eaf7d6ae6b323ea48b8c5c66c9).

I also have to get another patch (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/research/article-recommender/deploy/+/527571/) merged. The deadline is in ~ 3 days from today. It would be great if both the patches could be merged before the deadline.

@Aklapper Usmanmuhd is a GSoC student and they have a deadline to finish their project with us.

Aklapper: Nschaaf doesn't work in WMF any longer. We need someone else with +2 rights.

As far as I know a GSoC mentor's evaluation of a student's work is unrelated to whether a specific patch is merged or not, hence I asked what deadline this is about which requires to have these patches merged.

Proxy +2 applied per @bmansurov's +1s and comments on the patches. We really need to examine the Foundation off-boarding blanket +2 removal and get a better process for retention of rights in areas of focus & ongoing volunteer interest. But that's a problem for another group to worry over on another day.

@Aklapper Wanted to get the patches merged before the GSoC deadline, nothing else.
