Make a collaboration template for the material from UNESCO Archives we upload.
Note that a general UNESCO Archives template already exists, so we should make an offshoot: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:UNESCO_archive_image
It should say that the content was added as part of collaboration with WMSE within the FG project.
