- Shorten and update our "planning" process
- Cover how to contact the subteam. No mailing list etc; likely the talk page or by filing a task?
- Document our Phab workboard columns. Proposal:
- To Triage: Where news stuff ends up by default. Could be moved to a different columns by anyone if trivial. If not, to be brought up in meetings as a routine. Ignore the "Priority" value of a task in this column as it might be the Priority of another team.
- Backlog: We've looked at this, could be assigned but rather to avoid because cookie licking. If more likely to work on that soon, give it a higher priority
- Team radar: Stuff that is interested to us but we do not work on and do not drive these tasks. Hence we do not close these tasks but only remove our team project tag if at all.
- Consider for next quarter: Tasks should be assigned
- Quarterly: Covering the current quarter; tasks should be assigned
