civi dedupe: old merge screen didn't load email address

Description

Two CIDs, one has an email address associated, one does not. When I load them with
https://civicrm.wikimedia.org/civicrm/contact/merge?reset=1&cid=19816859&oid=34730654
the email address from cid=19816859 does not appear on the merge interface.

I went ahead and merged them, and the email address was retained. So I'm just flagging this in case it's a bug for the differing email address info to not populate in the merge screen.
