It seems that it's just the main page that doesn't open the menu. Went to a few random pages and was able to open the menu just fine.
There is also an extra down arrow on the menu toggle for some reason, only appearing on this page.
I was wrong; it's all over. Kind of randomly. All the broken ones have a double arrow.
The only thing I know of that we changed yesterday (when we started noticing this) a was that we enabled RelatedArticles, except even with that I can't reproduce locally.
Attempting to test on es.wikinews (already had all this), except they have some really massive images in their content and my internet is too slow to even get to the js...
Okay, wikinews is fine at least on some pages, but missing the dropdown arrows entirely on the toggles...
