... when I try to load https://wikiba.se/ontology, with or without www. However, https://wikiba.se/ontology-1.0.owl works as expected, with and without www.

I missed some .htacces redirects when migrating to nginx. Please try now if it works as intended.

I think the chain of redirects isn't correct now. When I load /ontology with HTTPS there's a redirect that takes me to a HTTP page, and then another redirect switches to HTTPS again.
https://wikiba.se/ontology → http://wikiba.se/ontology-1.0.owl → https://wikiba.se/ontology-1.0.owl

I think the switch to HTTPS should always come first and no HTTPS page should be redirecting to HTTP.

Fascinating. When I curl -v http://wikiba.se/ontologyI get a < Location: https://www.wikiba.se/ontology and afterwards only < Location: http://www.wikiba.se/ontology-1.0.owl

No 404 for me, and the redirect chain looks fine for me right now
