As a new editor I want some more support in order to understand what the tainted reference warning is telling me.
The text in the warning is short. As a new editor I might need more guidance. We should link to a help page.
We have a similar pattern in the constraint violations.
Design is equivalent to constraint violation. We will not have a "discuss" link for tainted references.
GIVEN a tainted reference warning dialog
THEN I see a link titled "Help" that leads me to a help page (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Help:Sources)
- help link is shown in every tainted reference warning dialog
- help link should use Special:InMyLanguage to make sure the link goes to a localised page
- help link should be relative in order to not link to Wikidata on 3rd-party Wikibase installations
- track how many people click this link with a metric
