How to reproduce
- Link your phab account to mediawiki using OAuth if it was not done before.
- Go to the settings of your account. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/settings/
- Select External Accounts tab.
Under MediaWiki section, under the title "mediawiki" User, this link is shown: https://www.mediawiki.org:/w/index.php?title=User:Framawiki. The two points after the domain name in this URL are irrelevant and unnecessary here, since the web page is accessible using default port defined by the protocol.
