- Make sure I have downloaded all of them (2nd batch does not include 1st one)
- Convert all of them to tiff (T230973)

I've got the 200 files (2 per photo, front and back) converted to tiff.
Since the filenames are reasonable (e.g. PHOTO0000000018_0000 — PHOTO0000000018_0001) it will be easy to match both sides of one photo automatically.
