This is a task of level Epic, since it needs quite some knowledge of media work, Wikimedia Commons and Science Photo competition itself as well as commitment for several months period. I presume this kind of work usually is done by experienced volunteer or paid staff, if we want to outsource it to new volunteers, this should be split in microtasks of good first task level.

I am not sure how it works with these tasks (I receive also some mails in Estonian) but the marketing team is complete People – Wiki Science Competition it's a "promotion team" but it's the same. A chemist, a life scientist, a  biologist... representing Italy, Belgium, South Africa and UK, and at least one woman. I think it's a fair composition!
