Acceptance Criteria

Banner impressions are logged as content impressions and can occur multiple times for each user.
Banner close events are logged as events and can occur multiple times for each user.
The events "link-clicked", "lightbox-clicked" and "application-of-funds-lightbox-opened" are not logged anymore.

Definitely needs some "proper" testing by implementing it into a banner and pushing it to the banner server.
