Description

Steps to reproduce:

Open https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/NASA?banner=B1920_0701_enWW_mob_p1_lg_template&force=1&country=US
Select any default value to donate (NOT Other)
Select “Donate later”
Observe no email input field appears

We should either let the input appear, or hide the toolbar option after selecting an amount

But think we should come back and test this to ensure that leaving the input doesn't impact donation rate. I don't remember that being a motivator to remove it in the first place.
