The first attempt ran into a labs-vagrant-bug (gerrit 533529).

The second attempt ran into more bugs - @jeremyb do you have the details of those?

We have a Vagrant customization, a runbook for using it and two wikis (wikispore and wikispore-test) running on it. Marking as done.
