Description

Using the volunteer strategy as foundation, and the analyses following Wikimania, write a plan for retaining Wikimania volunteers, including:

  • How to introduce them to Wikimedia platforms
    • Connect this to utbildningsplan, how to make bridges between Wikimedians and Wikipedians
  • What projects might be fruitful to include volunteers in
  • What levels of volunteering there might be (one off tasks, long term tasks, being included in project development or just helping out with logistics, etc.)

I think this should rather be reframed as writing or evaluating why we didn't succeed to a very high extent to include Wikimania volunteers in our day to day activities.
