While working on T217770: [Story] Never show anything from a language that is not currently Wikidata conform we discovered two potential follow-up on the topic of which languages are valid in Wikidata repo/client and which contexts. Questions were:
- should clients also filter or only valid (content) languages?
- is it possible and worth it to dig deeper into how our frontend uses ULS to get languages and prehaps refactor the whole thing in the light of this new diversion between what is valid as content languages and what ULS provides?
