Current Behavior: When users access a diff page via the revision details pop-up link (by clicking on the timestamp), they can then technically access WWT from the diff page (though it appears to just permanently be in a loading state). See example below:
Expected Behavior: When users access a diff page via the revision details pop-up link (by clicking on the timestamp), they should not be able to access or enable WWT.
