Description

Here is the error I just got:

Unable to establish a connection to any database host (while trying "phabricator_token"). All masters and replicas are completely unreachable. AphrontConnectionQueryException: Attempt to connect to phuser@m3-master.eqiad.wmnet failed with error #2002: Cannot assign requested address.

What are steps to reproduce?

Nonspecific. It happened to me at random and then it resolved itself. I am guessing there was a temporary issue with connecting to the database.

I am reporting it so that those who have access to the logs can look into it on the back-end and identify the root cause.

Thanks. Looking at the Grafana dashboard, it seems there was a peek around that time:

Nothing to further investigate here, hence resolving.
